The first time I did it, week 1 was pretty difficult. It does get easier though. Even if you gotta just fast walk your "run" speeds, it's better to acclimate upwards than kill yourself trying to do too much at once.

Gaming wise, I play WoW regularly. Also used to play fighting games competitively in the past. Anime wise, I love Hunter x Hunter, Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, among many others. The Dragonball series is what got me into anime, so I will always have a soft spot for it.

I completed C25k last year and the way I did it was during my run intervals I did a slower pace jog. I was able to get through all the weeks pretty well. I think it depends on your lifestyle. On most non workout days I stay pretty sedentary so I don't eat as much usually, on workout days I eat a little more because I am active that day and I need more energy.

Tried on a smaller pair of shorts today. They used to be really tight on me now they fit almost like a glove. I think another inch and they will be perfect. I am extremely happy and glad I decided to try it out. I was feeling a bit lazy today and didn't want to work out, but I definitely am now :)

I have a great idea! How about, do both cardiovascular exercises and resistance training for both benefits. Also, being passive aggressively condescending about what other people are doing with THEIR bodies. Awesome!
