I'm aware there's alot of that here. Thats why i'm not talking about for HERE. I mostly use the myfitnesspal app on my phone for tracking food and don't do much with the message boards here. I prefer Facebook. Which is why I'd like to use it for that purpose. Thanks.

To lozzieemay, I tried following the 1200 calorie meal plan 3 months ago when I attempted body revolution the first time and It was just way too low for me. I was getting headaches, feeling insanely tired all the time, and my muscles were continuously sore from working out and weren't healing themselves, and I wasn't…

Thank you for the encouragement. I do understand that 2 lbs and 3 in. is a good thing. I guess I am just more confused as to how the test group doing Body Revolution lost around 30-45 lbs in 3 months time. Therefore, I was thinking that's about 10 lbs a month for them so I should be losing quite a bit. I don't have as much…

I don't know what genre of music you're into, but my favorite workout music is Tech N9ne, Lots of Dubstep, Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, Kendrick Lamar, Kid Cudi, Atmosphere, Eminem, The Roots, Shinedown, Disdurbed, Linkin Park, Nonpoint, Avenged Sevenfold, - in other words lots of good and high energy rap & rock.

No, it is definitely not necessary for you to eat that little amount of food. It is possible to lose weight eating that small of an amount, but it will be at a much slower pace because your body will want to hold onto the fat as much as it can, it thinks you are partially starving it. Also, instead of losing mostly fat and…

I don't eat my exercise calories back, so I wouldn't eat them, but it's up to you.

I make a lot of stir-fry's with them. They pretty much absorb the taste of anything you put with them, and they have a nice texture.

I usually eat 1500 calories a day and do 400 for meals 3X a day and 150 for snacks 2X a day. I'm not too strict on fat/carbs/protein ratios.

Are you excercising at all? It might help jump start the weight loss.

I think whey is great for losing weight or building muscle. I drink it every day. Eating a diet high in protein and low in carbs and fats will help you lose weight more quickly. Aim for 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% fat out of what you eat in the day. It's a great fat burner. Also, if you work out a lot and drink whey…

I drink a shake called Idealshape. I wanted to try something like shakeology, but it was far far too pricey for a college student. $4 a shake last time I checked. Idealshape averages out to $1.30-$1.50 per drink depending on if you buy it in bulk or not. It tastes pretty good and keeps me full for a couple hours. It also…

Hey, I'm a college student too! It is difficult to be healthy while in college, my first year I gained 50 pounds. :( Now I have 61 to lose to get back down to my high school weight. I was a big dummy for not keeping track of what I ate the first year and not exercising. Anyway, something that you could do is a work out…

It's true, there are no belly blasting foods. We gain and lose weight evenly around our bodies. You CAN'T lose weight in a certain section of your body at a time. The best thing you can do is eat lean meats, vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats and oils. Do that and you can't go wrong. You will have more…
