I love working out, but most of all I love the feeling I have after a great workout and I am dripping with sweat, sounds bad but the more sweat the harder I feel I worked out, and with 20 lbs gone in 7 weeks its motivation, remember all you need is 3-4 days a week for 20-30 min to make a difference.

I run everyday 4-6 miles (6-8km) and I eat my whole 1500 calories a day and I am losing 3-4 lbs a week, I eat whatever I feel like, dont deprive yourself you will only overeat at some point. I you do at 30-45 min of intese cardio you should be good :smile:

I love to run, i do 4-6 miles everyday it is the best way to shed those pounds. Take it slow at first, like you said build up your indurance, you will be back at it in no time
