New and Optimistic :)

Hello Community!

I'm relatively new to my fitness pal. I used the program about 5 months ago to lose 10 pounds or so, but I'm back to try and make a more significant life change. I'm 5 foot tall exactly (I've already joined the "short ladies" group, haha) and started my fitness pal at around 180lbs. I'm looking to go down to a healthy weight for me - which I'm guessing would be around 135-140? It will be a long journey and will take a lot of self control and discipline. I don't have any "friends" through the website - would anyone be willing to friend me and offer each other mutual encouragement? I can be pretty good when it comes to tracking food, but I need lots of help finding the motivation to work out!!!

Excited and optimistic for a life change, and meeting some new friends along the way :)
