I feel your pain!! I get so bloated when Aunt Flo comes in town for the week, omg it's terrible. I don't weigh myself , I don't give into cravings and I stay eating good and drinking lots of water. Not much we can do to control Mother Nature, ya know? You look amazing! It's just a short time, you can get through it! :)

I don't believe in soul mates, per say, but I believe that there is that one person out there for you that makes it easy for you to create forever with, someone that is balanced out with you and your personality/personalities.

I would say watch the sodium and sugar intake. For myself, personally, I try to watch my carbs as well. Sodium could be making you retain a lot of water and not drinking enough water to balance that out will make you bloat. Hope I helped a little....

I agree that everyone will have their different opinions and although I do believe the weight that I lost in just 4 weeks is "un-healthy" I did it without starving myself, just simple diet and exercise, and not even a strict diet at that. I recommend a very clean diet! That consist only of chicken, fish, other really lean meats, lots of vegetables, some fruits, nuts, and lots of water. I believe you can do it because I have lost 16 pounds in a month and my diet was not all that great. LOL! Get at least 4 - 5 days of workouts in a week. Also, eat 3 small…

I think it's great! It's good to enjoy your foods and have your favorites so that when you do have cravings, you go for an alternative that you love instead! I looooove peanut butter and I eat a tablespoon almost every day as a snack. I also love chicken and eat that more than anything else, every day.

I worked soooo hard to get rid of that pouch! It's was really all in my diet and I do 2-3 different abs work outs 6 days a week, along with cardio. **SORRY! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO RE-SIZE THE PICS**

Ok first of all....Hi Lizzzzzie! <3 Kisses! Ok, what I would recommend is eating the right portions if you d choose to eat the food. Use your best judgment when choosing what foods to eat. What I try to do is make sure when people come over with food, I have my whole wheat bread and whole wheat tortillas or soy cheese…
