I'm only 3 days into reset but I love it so far! The food choices are definetly boring but I'm finding ways to spice them up. The breakfast shakes are so good! I'm down 5.4lbs! I can't wait to start phase 1. I miss working out.

I was having this problem for awhile also. Thankfully I have a personal trainer in the family to fix these things for me lol. My issue was being caused by my quads and hamstrings being too tight. Try stretching those out. Also, if you have a rolling pin, roll it along the inside of your calf. It helps massage out the…

Congrats girls! Im so excited for all of you! I joined this site to lose weight for my wedding. I did it and we were married October 7th, 2011. Unfortunately, I didnt 'shred' it cause it's back but will be gone for good soon enough. Good luck ladies!

I'm in again! I had a low goal last month (25miles) and was able to complete it. I want to up it this month but I'm not sure by how much. I guess I'll go for 35 this month. I want to make my way up to 100!
