My advice to you is learn from your mistake and move on like it never happened. I know the guilt is overwhelming and you feel ashamed in yourself, but every day is a new day. Just eat within your calorie deflect, exercise, and think positive thoughts :)

This is going to sound bad, but when I started comparing myself to my friends. Not only body size wise, but the confidence difference. They always wanted to go tanning on the beach and hit on guys , and I always felt the need to cover up and be shy and quiet. I'm sick of being that girl. I can't wait to lose some weight…

I know it means that. But people that eat a regular amount of food and aren't watching their weight don't say ' I'm On a diet' . This is what frustrates me.

Gnocchi ... 35 calories for one price of gnocchi pasta.. for ONE piece!! I used to enjoy it a an italian bakery, and had a full plate full.. And boy did I underestimate the cals

I don't why people are so obsessed with netting calories. Why bother to exercise and burn off 700 calories a day if your going to eat it all back? Why not just burn those calories, still eat a proper amount of food ( 1,200 calories a day) and lose weight twice as fast? I think it should be a personal choice weather to eat…
