I'm feeling fat

Two weeks ago I went on vacation, and we ate out every single day for 7 days. I thought I made some good choices by only drinking water and not over eating as well being picky. I noticed that my pajama bottoms were tighter I wasn't happy about that. So anyway NOW i feel like disappointed in myself as I'm trying to eat at home and then the period has to come makes me feel worse. I need to stay focused.

    My advice to you is learn from your mistake and move on like it never happened. I know the guilt is overwhelming and you feel ashamed in yourself, but every day is a new day. Just eat within your calorie deflect, exercise, and think positive thoughts :)
