I appreciate the suggestions so much! I googled fitness models and found a few with my body type that I would love to look like. Printed them up. I'll compare to how I look now and work on finding motivation that way. I wish you all the best luck!

It really does work. Log in every day. Even the bad ones. Logging and reading others stories helps you stay motivated. There will be hard days and the first couple of weeks are definitely tough but don't give up. I've lost 31 lbs so far and I've never been able to do that before. Good luck!

I have done the program sometimes using weights and other times the bands. The bands do work great! There have been many times when I felt like my workout was better with the bands. No worries and enjoy!

It takes time. You will have good weeks and bad weeks. Just don't give up. There is a lot of support here and we are all here for you! Don't give up, just start with the next meal and the next workout. It takes time and then eventually something clicks and you love it. I do suggest going to the Doctor for that physical. I…

I don't comment with WTG's on peoples diaries or plans that seem extreme. I love my friends and I want them to succeed but in a healthy way. Ethically I can't congratulate someone who is harming themselves. It is a touchy and personal thing.
