  • AWESOME !!! i've "participated" in one a few months back w/out much structured training and ended up walking alot of it - now i've committed to couch 2 5k and hoping for results like yours !! :flowerforyou:
  • i've completely hit the wall at 85lb bench press - i'm doing stronglifts 5x5 and have been stuck at 85 for about 2 weeks now ...THIS is where those 2.5 lbs really come in handy - when i get the nerve to finally go up , those 2.5lb weights are not scary and i tell myself "come on, you got that !"

  • i like this ! i just started stronglifts AFTER completing a 12 week beginner program that had me lifting 5 x week - diff body part each day ...my first stronglift workout went very well BUT i felt like something was missing in the bicep/tricep area - thanks for sharing !!

  • today was shoulder day for me and thanks to some encouragement that i got here on MFP i attempted 45lb ohp & 50lb standing barbell row and was able to complete 3 x 8 of each (yay me !) - threw in some side and lateral raises with 12lb dumbbells , rear delt raises 15lb dumbells , 55lb should press machine and wrapped it all…
