Exactly two years ago, this photo was taken

IMG_3505.jpg

I have no idea how much I actually weighed, but the shirt is a 2XL, the pants 40's and the mustache is for Movember.

I spent the next six months trying to eat better.

In June 2012 I weighed in at a local Gym - 256lbs.

I had dropped to 38" pants and the XL shirts were tight, but weatable.
My neck was 18"
My Belly 49"

I worked really hard and in December 2012, I was under 230, just about...

IMG_0017_2.jpg

Pants were 36's and a little tight, shirts were a good fitting XL.

Then disaster, I hurt my neck/shoulder in March, then managed to get pneumonia. All of which means I stayed away from the gym for several months.

I managed to sneak back up to 230. Well maybe a tad more.

Three months ago I got back on the treadmill and then later Bootcamp.

I am now hitting Bootcamp six days a week and eating way better.

Last week I looked like this

Max_Nov_8_2013.jpg

216lbs, 34/34 pants, 'L' shirts, 16.5 neck size. My belly at its widest is 38 isn

I still have a way to go, my ultimate target is about 195.....

Great pics. I am glad you got back into after pneumonia.. I know how hard it is to get re-motivated. I myself am working on that part.
