I’ve had to do this for two of my babies. It helps if you are sure to eat plenty of fat throughout the day it will keep your supply up and help you not crave dairy. The hair does not have to be permanent. Your body is always changing and that is a thing that can for sure change. Hormone balance is the key for that. I average between 1-2 pounds a week. In the beginning it was more like 5-7lbs a week.

We are planning a homebirth :) possible water birth, just kind of depends how I feel closer to time. But its definately an option. I plan on breast feeding and doing baby led weaning, with no traditional baby foods. :) Also if you really want to get into it.. haha.. baby wearing and cosleeping. :)

Have you thought about going to a midwife? It's much less expensive in most cases and more personalized care. Just a thought. :)
