Here I am, back basically to the beginning. ..at least according to the scale. I used to be an active member, but, life happened and I fell off. I'm a 37 y/o female, pretty active, I'm a server so I'm on my feet for about 8 hours a day, but yet the scale keeps going up. I'm going to start being vigilant in tracking my food, and I welcome new friends.

Good luck! Tracking food is such an eye opener to the real problems! When I first started I felt my calories weren't that bad, then I realized not only was I always slightly over, my sodium intake was crazy high.1

You can do this! If you're having troubles, for sure dialing in your nutritional consistency is a great place to start. If you eat it, log it into your MFP diary and do your best to hit your calorie and macro goals for the day.
Also, it's good to add in some actual workouts. Bring the intensity. It's good that you're active during the day, but specific workouts that incorporate resistance training and high intensity cardio intervals will make your progress more efficient.1 -

Thank you, I try to do some elliptical during the day, my only problem is that I work graves and between that, trying to sleep a few hours in the day, and making time for the house and kids I don't have a lot of time for myself, but I see that I'm going to have to work on that.0 -

The important thing is that you learn from it. Hopefully you learned things that will help you have success on this next try. You might even have some good advice for the rest of us based on your experience.1
