I agree with Pudnyn 1... I have been on here since Dec 2010 and lost 60+ lbs in 2011... Kept it off until last year ( hurt my knee ) have regained 30 lbs ... do use a food scale and also use an HRM when exercising if possible...i would love to lose 20 lbs quickly (regained) BUT...i know if i do it will just reappear quickly...workout, strength train and eat sensibly...good luck to you !

Love this stuff !!! I take asparagus, Baby Bella's, salt, pepper, garlic , minced and garlic powder and enough EVOO to marinate and place in a large zip-lock bag ... Leave in fridge for 2-4 hrs... I place in a grill proof pan and grill until done ... Or place in jelly roll pan and roast on 450 until crisp ...
