Seeds (I love pumpkin seeds), peanut butter, and muffins! I didn't realize how SMALL a single serving of peanut butter was. It's barely enough to cover my toast completely :(

I generally would choose the choice that I think I would regret more. There is also that saying that basically says that you should throw a coin in the air, and you will know what side you want it to land - that's your choice.

I assumed we were talking about a net of 1200 calories

I'm on a 1200 calorie plan and I don't feel deprived or hungry on most days. I workout about 6 times a week and eat back most or all of my exercise cals. I set it to lose a pound a week. I think it works for my height/weight/age etc...
