I totally agree with you. My morning coffee that I drink with 3 tbsp of creamer (35 calories a tbsp) and 3 sugar packs adds up to 150 calories. This is so worth it to me.

OMG. LMAO. I can't breathe, lol On a serious note, Tampax has an Ultra size which is more than the Super Plus which works really well. No leaks if you have a super heavy flow.

Don't give up. I've been doing this for well over a year and have only dropped .5 lbs in the past 6 months. The important part is that you aren't giving up. I had a doctor that was constantly telling me that I was fat. So much to the point that I would be so nervous to go to her office, my blood pressure would be sky high.…

I would say make meals on Sunday and freeze them. That way, you aren't standing over the stove and you are getting much better and fulfilling meals throughout the week. And add a salad with it. If you need some friends, you are more than welcome to add me :smile:

One of my family members told me at a family reunion that I was "a pretty, little fat thing." I guess she thought she was giving me a compliment. Not to mention, I haven't worn shorts for years because I heard someone say that I didn't have knees. People are cruel.

Sometimes I have a protein shake for lunch. I buy the smoothie packets from Target and add a scoop of Whey to it. it reminds me of a smoothie and I don't think of it as a protein shake. It just all depends on how you feel and what you think you need to do for your body.

I enrolled in the Weight Watchers online free trial to see if there was a difference between them and MFP. Save your money. If I stayed within my points, I also stayed within my caloric intake. This is free with just as much support.
