Hey team! Sorry I've been a bit quiet on here this week, work has been mad busy and i feel like I've been non stop! Always here's what i have done for last few days... 6th - Post and 100 jumping jacks 7th- 150 rows 8th- 100 crunches and under calories

I had no one to work out with today, i did try but my partner was having none of it! I did, however, have the company of my 2 kittens who climbed all over me while I did my chunches, and looked bemused when I did some squats!

I made vegetable stirfry with rice noodles. It had loads of fresh crunchy veg in it. Unfortunately I couldn't manage a walk as I had to work late.
