I have tried the body bug- expensive and had a lot of problems with it. The polar FT7F heart rate monitor is excellent, easy to operate and reliable. Shows the basics heart rate, duration of work out and calories burned.

I put all the food/spices into the recipe app under food tab, it will calculate the servings, it's very helpful.

Sounds normal..make sure you stretch a lot before and after & drink a ton of water. Also when you first start be sure to go at your own pace. Sometimes it is helpful to take a one on one session with the instructor to make sure your doing the positions correctly. Good Luck!

Sometimes I wear my regular bra with a sports bra over it, if I need extra support.

i know how you feel, I will diet and exercise for months and not lose but a few pounds. I'm trying to watch my salt more, and not eating many carbs.

Try having a serving of almonds, a healthy fat and high calorie!

You need a food scale, you can buy them pretty cheap, and measure out your pasta before you cook it. For example if I'm making pasta for two and the box says 1 serving is 20grams then I will measure out 40grams to cook. After its done I try to divide it as evenly as possible. Hope this helps;)
