I'm in the same boat today, I always air on the side of doing it anyways, but doing a condensed version of what you have been doing. I find that when I do the same exercise again, it helps loosen things up for me. Good luck!

I have seen this happening before and it is SO sad. Sometimes I wonder why it is that people have such an issue with "fat" people... but if you really think about it, people have an issue with anything that is "different" from themselves. Unless you have struggled with weight issues, you will never know that bad eating…

I struggle with this ALL the time. When I do "drop the egg" so to speak, I not only throw the rest on the floor, but have a hard time forgiving myself. I can totally relate to your turning to food when you're stressed. I have a one year old and have really struggled to lose the baby weight (finally got down to pre-preggo weight) but was about 30lbs heavier than I wanted to be when I found out I was pregnant.

I used to do 30 Day Shred every other day, usually M, W, F and did some kind of cardio or other workout in between. I have a ways to go, but right before I got married a few years back, I did the 30 Day Shred and was running and honestly my arms have never been that toned! :) Good luck to you!

I can TOTALLY relate! My baby (first) turns a year old tomorrow and I am still 15 lbs heavier than when I got pregnant with her and I needed to loose about 35 lbs then... so I need to lose a total of about 50 lbs! I'd love some motivation as well! Feel free to add me! Good luck!!
