I agree, one bad day shouldn't be the end of it! I did quit here and packed on lots of weight over Christmas and Easter. Finally, looking down at the scale one morning I said "that's it" and I won't look back now. I have bad days too....we all do... Hang in there! You can friend me for extra support if you wish!

I am 5'9. I am 170.I wear a 12-14. Pants are new to me in this size. So r dresses. That is why I am seriously dieting. Hope to lose 20 lbs:-)
