There's a lot of good that comes from paying for college yourself... Just sayin...

Start with a nutritionist before you talk about any kind of surgery, pills, etc.

You look amazing, wonderful work!!

Truthfully, you can lose weight without exercising. At this point, with so much on your plate, trying to get to the gym is only going to be an added stress. Spend that time ensuring that you have food prepped and accessible. In terms of self-control - don't allow yourself to get too hungry and make sure you have LOTS of…

How's 24 fall in?
-
It's all relative. At 24, low 30's are "older" for me, but the "hot" factor goes anywhere from 30 and on. Hot is hot, regardless of age.
-
For sure have the hot-part going!
-
Can I just say that this is totally making my day? For me, the "older look" is the just-starting-to-grey/salt-and-pepper look. Something about that is SO hot.
-
Don't care, you qualify for the hot part
-
For the hot part? Hell yea

I totally had a dream last night about my hot, older CEO. I can't look him in the eye today. LOVE me some older men!
-
Yea. It's a good thing. The companies that spend a long time looking for the right candidate are the companies that (generally) value long-term employees and will therefore work harder to keep you happy. My current job is awful and I had a phone interview and one in-person interview.

There's not one sugar that's better for you than the other. That being said, the positives of fruit (in terms of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins) far outweighs the negatives of the sugar. That being said, you have to list to your body. For me, I do better eating higher protein and fat items otherwise I'm never satisfied.

You need more muscle. I'm 5'7 and 180lbs and look about the same. If you want that "lean" look you need to have more muscle overall, not just lose more weight. If you want to look toned and lean, you need some muscle to show off once the fat goes away. When I'm at my smallest I'm still 160lbs.

Slow down. If you can't have a conversation while you're running you're going too fast. This will probably mean slowing wayyyyy down. Do it, you need to build that endurance before you can get speed. Stick with it, it'll happen if you want it to.

Shaved heads. Holy hell.

Check out my diary (minus the weekends, those are a mess lol). My goal is to hit at least 130g every day. Like others have said, get some in with breakfast. I always boil a half dozen eggs on the weekend to grab for breakfasts and usually rotate that with greek yogurt. Both are super low calorie and have good amounts of…

I struggled with it too... then I started keeping them at work. With a bottle sitting on the desk that I'm at for 40 hours/week it's much harder to forget. I've gotten a few others in the office doing it as well. Super simple way to help make sure it happens!

Submissive?! I think he meant that most big girls are desperate. Screw him. For the record, I'm a size 10 and I'm definitely more submissive lol

The fiber is fine in the days leading up to the event, but not on the day of it. That being said, the fiber won't stick with him at all. You want whole grains because they are stored longer, but the fiber itself is not stored. And, like another said, start a few days in advance. I typically do a 3-4 day carb load for a…

Also - my motto is "by 5am the hardest part of my day is already over" ... SO refreshing to know that it's all cake after that!

I get up at 3:30 to workout. First and foremost, you will get used to it. If you do it every day after the first week it's not nearly as difficult. For me, I know that 1. I feel better when I work out and 2. I skip twice as many workouts that're scheduled after work. I get up, workout, shower, have breakfast, and typically…

You can definitely do it!! I think it's very smart to be realistic and slow down the program like you said. Also, try to run on softer surfaces (grass, a track, sand, dirt, etc.). Compression clothes will also help a lot with the overall comfort while you're running. I hope you decide to give it a shot and I can't wait to…

You're eating nothing but carbs. Eat more protein. Cocoa puffs for breakfast is setting yourself up for failure. If you say you can't do IF because of blood sugar issues why are you eating nothing but sugar for breakfast?? You need to seriously educate yourself. If you want this to last you have to eat more than bagels and…

Try looking into 'low glycemic' instead of low-carb. Basically, that just limits the types of carbs that send your blood sugar for a whirl (so you'll eat more apples, less bananas). Another option isn't to go low carb but to go high protein. I make myself eat at least 120g of protein/day and, because of that, I'm naturally…

He's male, taller, and weighs more. Quite simple.

I kind of agree about wanting to lose inches and not more weight. You've lost a lot but seem to (from what I've seen) focused mainly on cardio. Because of that, if you lift, you will be working muscle mass instead. This will mean that you may not lose weight, but you will get smaller. Like others have said, give it a shot.…

This is great! I get up at 3:45 to workout and usually don't have a problem (in fact, today I woke up naturally, even though my alarm was set for 345PM!!) but once in a while it doesn't happen. If only the "task" you had to complete was to get your HR to a certain level before it went off ;-)

Peaches, nectarines, and cherries!!

Hell yes, congratulations!!!
