I was looking up the container sizes and will hack it and I'm starting this on the first. I have 30 day shred video/butt lift/3 ab videos/yoga etc... definately enough video's to get something out of this...lol

I do have insulin resistance and high colestoerol so getting too much fat is horrible for me too. Thanks ladies finally just read through all the comments.

I'm all about using video's, regular weights, running outside, no equitment workouts and such. Just needed more options for actual equitment. At the gym I use the bike, eliptical, and treadmill. My husband primarily uses all of the weighted machines.

Just found this also. I have severe ADD and slight Narcolepsy. That many crunches by the end of a month would be so boring and I would be so bored that I would curl up at the gym to take a quick nap. ( yes napping from boredom in unusual places is my weakness) But When I get back to working out I will definitely try this.

To the OP. I agree with the other ladies. Buy more bra's. Washing the same one everyday for 60 days. Wow, for me that would be like 14 months of washing for me and 14 months is a fair amount of time for a sports bra to hold up, especially for a cheap one. I buy enough Sports bra's to only have to wash them all once a week.…

Your only supposed to do it for 3 days a week @ 9 weeks. I have never heard the heart rate thing, doesn't sound like the same program. Where did you get this program at? Seems a bit on the complicated side to me. Too much to have to think about while trying to run.

The real fruit is always better for you then the juice of it. I always water down my juice and only drink one cup of it at a sitting , whenever I do end up sneaking some in.

I do the same thing! Went from almost half the cup of flavored creamer and sugar to plain creamer and aspertame-like sweeteners to now fat free half/half and Truvia! Even bring the packets to work! If I'm out I'll use sugar if I must.

No one is suggesting me any good alternatives. I had Subway hours after I posted this thread. Today I'm going to Publix (grocery store) and Buying Boars Head Lower sodium sandwich. I think That is a better choice.

So what would be a better option. I have been raised on eating sandwiches for lunch since I was young. Is boars head meat good for you? Buying a healthy bread at the store be a better choice? I usually stay away from cheese unless I am ion the mood.
