If I stay within calorie range, how horrible is it if I go out of my sugar range? Staying within range I am finding very hard. I have had a few off days, but even on my good days, it's almost impossible. There seems to be some sort of sugar in everything, even healthy stuff.

    I would only worry about refined sugar. Don't worry at all about natural sugars from fruits; it's good for you!

    What about juice? I went over before 10am yesterday, just drinking OJ. It was 100% juice, not juice cocktail.

    The real fruit is always better for you then the juice of it. I always water down my juice and only drink one cup of it at a sitting , whenever I do end up sneaking some in.
