Just found this also. I have severe ADD and slight Narcolepsy. That many crunches by the end of a month would be so boring and I would be so bored that I would curl up at the gym to take a quick nap. ( yes napping from boredom in unusual places is my weakness) But When I get back to working out I will definitely try this.0
