My shake is similar.. Strawberries, blueberries and half a banana 1/2C ff plain yogurt 1/4C Trop50 oj 1 scoop protein powder Yum yum! :)

My sweet tooth kicks in a couple hours after lunch as well. I grab a pure protein peanut butter chocolate bar and eat half of it. It is really filling and helps my sweet tooth. Tides me over to dinner as well... Good luck!

I was 117 in high school. I would like to be around there again, I am at 120 or so right now, but just have the ugh around the middle...so, whatever I end up to get rid of that, I will be happy. :)

I love Greek yogurt. Sometimes I mix in a little honey and use it as a fruit dip. Not that fruit needs a dip, but still. ;)

Yep. It is all about what works best for you. :) Morning also works best for me because if I wait, I tend to not do it. I eat a lot of protein every day. It's just what I do I guess. I do start out with a protein shake in the morning though...

There are some great exercises on the Nike website as well. I have an app for it on my itouch and can take it with me, but they have some great options for 30-45 minute exercises. :)

I am trying to make myself snack, just so I am eating something every three hours or so. But yes, it is all in what you choose to snack on. I try and have a lot of fruits/veggies in the house. I love celery or apples with peanut butter. I do a lot of peanut butter snacking. ;) Almonds are great for when you are on the go.…

I add half a cup to my protein drink, makes it better. :D It does go with certain cereals too. I just can't drink it straight out of a cup though. Ick. I am not a big milk drinker anymore anyway.
