  • I am from Scottsburg as well :) I know a few other people who are LGBT here but not many.
  • I'm more butch than anything. Looking for more friends :)
  • I need more friends lol :) Add me
  • I just pulled mine out too. I am thinking about restarting because I want something different than what I have been doing. If anyone wants to they can message me. Would be really nice to have some support people :) I will probably start today just because I have to stop making excuses.
  • I think you look awesome! Flaw? I don't see one :) Keep it up and you should be proud of yourself and your accomplishments no matter what. Haven't you ever heard that if people talk about you then it's because they're jealous lol
  • Is this just for bulimia/anorexia? Because I did self-injure and why that is easier to say online to strangers than to people in person that I know is weird lol. Anyway I've been self-injury free since I started on MFP back in December. So okay lol just putting myself out there a bit :)
  • The immense joy you get when you are in Onederland is amazing!! Just enjoy it because you definitely earned it. Even a small number like six means a great deal. Don't be fooled into thinking it doesn't. Congrats and keep it up!!
  • I am just about halfway through Level 1 of 30DS and am thinking about beginning this after I finish up with the other one. People's opinions of it is helpful. I am a big fan of Jillian and her dvd workouts :)
  • Good job and keep it up. You are exactly where I started and where I am right now. I'm not sure your height though lol. I'm really glad that you have had great success so far. May many more sucessful days come to you :)
  • Thanks for all the kind words :) It really motivates me. This is my favorite message board topic because I just love how encouraging people are to one another.
  • Thanks everyone :) And to the above poster who said they are just five pounds away I know the feeling and I know that it feels like at that point the pounds just slowly come off maybe delaying the victory of onderland but just keep it up. You'll get there next weigh in. I'm positive :)
  • You're doing great then :) and yeah, as long as you're attempting to give it your best that's all that really counts. I myself am starting week 2 of Level 2. I'm excited that I'm almost done with it but I've become accustomed to it and I'm afraid when it's all over I'll be a bit sad, even though I plan on throwing myself…
  • I took measurements but I'm sure I messed them up given that I'm not good at that part yet lol but overall in the first level i lost an overall amount of 8 pounds. I'm hoping with the same or maybe slightly better results at the end of level 2.
  • I like the burpees loL :)
  • I was terrible at those I substituted them with continuing the side crunches. Now Level 2 the worst move for me is the T-Jack or whatever its called...it's like the side plank but more ugh lol.
  • I just started with level 2 today (I was actually supposed to have today and tomorrow left for level 2 but decided I was ready for a change already). I love this dvd and needless to say I am hooked!!
  • I love her too :) I'm doing 6 Week Six Pack and am two days from beginning level 2.
  • JM 6 Week Six Pack, which I'm doing and I'm loving it. Also try JM Killer Abs, which I have but haven't tried as of yet. I also love the results 'I'm getting.
  • I love writing and consider myself a writer over anything else even though for a while now I haven't had much time to sit down and put pen to paper. I have so many ideas in different notebooks and novels in various stages of completion everywhere. It's absolutely crazy lol :) But I enjoy it and every November I participate…
  • Id recommend going to MeaganFitBod for that question. She's a fantastic person to talk to about it. She has told me a little bit about Shakeology but I'd feel like an idiot explaining it to you. So here I stand pointing you in her direction :)
  • Great job on your success so far. I'm sure that your dad is proud of you regardless of whether he's still here with you in person or in spirit. I think it's great that even though something tragic happened you let it push you to succeed in another aspect of your life.
  • I wish you the best. I have started and stopped it many times since I got it. First I started off doing it with my sister and we did it for a few weeks before life got in the way. The second time I picked it back up by myself and did it for one month straight every day. It was tough but I loved it. Needless to say I…
  • You look awesome!! Totally hope I have the same awesome results as you do one day.
  • I tried to stay away from soda when I first started on MFP but I found that I would get sick by the midday. So now I allow myself 1-3 12 oz cans a day. Most of the time I try and stick with flavored water, with Black Cherry being my favorite. I also like to drink some Sunny D but I stick to the serving size.
