I'm just coming back after not logging over the summer. To keep my streak going, I would log into the app every day then log back out (yes, I know it's cheating). I did go back to my old habits to a point, but I was able to maintain control. I gained 10 lbs over the summer but it didn't really bother me since I went into…

Just one? I'd have to say my number one rule would be to stick to MFP and avoid fad diets/pills/etc. MFP works. Trust the process.

I agree that shaming anyone for their physical appearance is just plain rude. However, I was on Raegan Chastain's Facebook page for a little while out of curiosity and the amount of BS that woman spreads about HAES is mind boggling. I rage-quit her page because I couldn't stand it anymore.

Put bikini on body. Voila - bikini body. IMHO confidence is the most important feature when sporting a bikini.

Try your best to get your calories in by any means possible. Being in good physical health is immensely helpful in maintaining control over mental health, in my experience.

I think it depends on the child. My son is a grazer, always has been. He eats small meals/ snacks throughout the day rather than three meals. Like dessert with every meal (which is foreign to me), I chalk it up to personal preference.

I think that really depends on where you are. Here (BC, Canada), most schools do not have lunch programs. All food is brought from home, although there are strict no allergen rules and no sharing.

You win the internet for today. I just snorted my coffee.

I think my invitation got lost in the mail

Both, but if wearing flats or sandals, roll up your hem a couple of times to show the ankles.

Not the same situation IMHO

So you sold something you know nothing about? Not buying it. The HCG or your story. Move along

Thanks for the reminder

That corset looks pretty supportive actually. What do you need from us?

I love that you're concerned. I can speak to this from a bit of experience. My Grandma is currently 89 and had a heart attack a few years ago. Her GP at the time told her to lose 20 lbs immediately, along with some other advice. We tried for a while to change her eating habits but soon determined she was miserable. After a…

^agreed. This hurt my brain.

Wow! I love this, thanks for sharing! Enjoy your life together.

I had no idea. Thanks for this valuable information.

Not sure about the legal aspect. Definitely a little strange, though I applaud your creativity. If it's a small town, maybe speak with the hotel manager and ask permission? Worst they can say is no.

I was going to "like" this, but I didn't want you to think I was liking the bolded part  Thanks for this response, it makes so much more sense now. Just don't yell at me if I hold the door open for you, kay?

You have 10 kids. You have enough for a baseball team. That would solve the problem of lack of activity

Oh Gale. I love the articles you post. Always in for a good old MFP debate

Best way to find out is to eliminate gluten from your diet for a few weeks and see if you notice a difference in your symptoms

CICO isn't accurate? Well shoot, I guess we're all doing it wrong then. A handful of chips is 0.5 servings? You must have tiny hands. Anyways, sounds like you've got this all figured out so I have nothing to add. Carry on.

I use ground turkey instead of beef or pork. Slathered in sauce, you can't taste the difference. I also use zucchini instead of noodles. There's a SkinnyTaste recipe that's absolutely amazing. It's a bit labour intensive but totally worth it. 345 cals per serving skinnytaste.com/zucchini-lasagna/

First child? Listen, I commend what you're trying to do but you might need to relax the grip a little. Your job is to teach your child healthy habits which will serve her well in the long term. If you put your child in a bubble, you risk her going hog-wild once she's old enough to realize she can make her own choices when…

I hope your dog logged the calories from eating your fitbit.

@CrabNebula could I have your yogurt recipe please? I have an Instant Pot too and I would love to give it a try for yogurt. We used to spend much more money on food, around $600/month. Then I determined that doing a big grocery shop once a month was costing me too much in waste, so I now do a smaller shop every week. We…
