Ok thanks! How did you do? You look great!

Just remember: 1,000 calories of spinach does not equal 1,000 calories of pizza.

My guess it that it's diet, which is 80% of the battle. Are you truly eating clean, or just not logging the cookie you ate? Make sure to log every crumb you eat, and then re-evaluate.

i'm on the diet right now, and if you have read through the book, you know that it's a 3 step plan that leads to maintenance goals. The first 10 days are what gets the weight loss going, then the second 10 days starts to change your body chemistry as you get used to good foods, then the 3rd ten days seals the deal, and you…

I get mine at either Harris Teeter or Kroger, but if you don't have either of these stores, the walden farms website has a store locator :)

I have been meaning to try the Honey Dijon. I've tried the bleu cheese and it's AWFUL. I have heard that the bacon one is not too bad...

This is also my recipe! I use French's Honey Mustard (NOT the dipping sauce) It has one carb per Tsp. and mix that with a pinch of Splenda and Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt. So yummy!

The best way to tell is by how your clothes fit. Do they feel like they are getting loose?

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 kiwi 1 1/2 cups raw spinach 1 tsp vanilla extract i tsp of agave nectar or other natural sweetener (optional) 1/4 c. skim miilk or almond milk 1/4 c. greek plain yogurt 4 ice cubes This sounds really gross, but it's great as a preworkout snack and helps whenever you feel bloated! You can…

If you are trying to lose weight, I would completely cut bananas out. Choose a lower calorie fruit such as an apple, or another fruit that is lower on the GI scale. Really, the only "free foods" are the veggies in the leafy green category, such as spinach or kale.

Shop only on the outer part of the grocery store! This is pretty much just fresh produce, meats, dairy, eggs etc. Don't but anything that's not in its natural state - and stay away from anything canned or frozen, unless it's sodium free. It's tough, but it's worth it!

You're probably not eating too much - you should shoot for 1g- 1 1/2g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Altough, you can have too much protein at one sitting - your body can only absorb about 30g at a time.

Yeah, I keep track of my own calories. Read as many muscle magazines as you can, and you'll get a general idea of how many you are burning, depending on the exercise and the intensity. For example, I take a boxing class quite frequently, and if I enter in 1 hr on MFP, it claims that I burned 600 calories. I know that's not…

You need more protein!!!! When I first started losing weight, my breakfast was three scambled eggs, lunch was a turkey and low fat cheese low carb wrap and a salad with oil and vinegar, mixed nuts for a snack, then a protein shake post-workout, and grilled/baked chicken with a salad or some green veggie for dinner. If I…

Hey! I looooove HIIT. I feel like I can get in an awesome workout in a very short amout of time. I've been doing them for a while now, and my favorite is the 20/10 intervals. It's pretty much the tabita interval method - I run at an all-out sprint uphill for 20 seconds, then completely stop for 10, and I repeat this for…

You are doing great!!!!!! Keep it up!!!

Hey everyone! I just joined MFP and I'm super excited about it! I was already keeping a nutrition journal and writing down everything I ate every day, and the app for this website just made my life soooooooooo much easier! I love how I can enter my recipes! I have about 15 more pounds to lose (I've lost about 70) and my…
