I am 5'7 and currently 180 :( but I have a newborn and two other girls to blame. In the past I was 135 and I think that is the slimist I should be because I have a more muscular build. Feel free to friend me.

I'm 5'7 almost 5'8 and the smallest I ever was 135 and that is as small as I would ever want to be again. I was pretty muscular fit then so I think that plays a huge role in it also.

I was doing the 30 day melt down before and other jillian micheal dvds but I don´t know if that will work anymore. I was thinking I could do what ever part of the dvd that feels ok.

I think lean meats would fill you up like turkey or chicken breast. Also, a really hearty bread. I do a lot of avocado on rice cakes for snacks. As well as salads that are full with veggies because they don't really have any calories at all it seems.

well usually when I do it twice in one day I will do it in the am and then again in the afternoon. I have done level 1 and 2 back to back but after about 20 minnutes my kids need me to intervene with whatever they are doing. I eat some. If I know that we are going to have a high calorie meal on the weekend I make sure that I work out to help balance it out. I broke out of the 170's today and now weight 169.2. Thank God! I think it is about to be TOM and I feel crabby plus craving sweets. Otherwise I am getting cabin fever:). Keep it up everyone!

I am in the same boat. I eat really healthy but I am still hungry. I upped my cals to 1450 so that I wouldn't throw in the towel. I also work out a good amount and run after 2 kids when I am not at work. Someone once said to chant "hunger is good" but I don't think it really works.

I also weight in everyday. It doesn't get me down at first when the weight was flying off it was fun, then I was a little disapointed but now it just keeps me motivated.

Thanks that is a good idea. Yesterday I ate cheese to make my calcium need and I felt crappy and it gives me cravings for sweets. I will try the greek yogurt. I have had it before and it is delish. As for non-dairy, I really like hemp milk I also use can coconut milk for cream in my coffee . I have heard bad things about soy and estrogen levels so I avoid it.

I'll be interested to hear how the boot camp classes go! I have thought about that also. Have you considered doing a tri or some sort of race in the summer? I did two tri's last summer and it was pretty fun and I would imagine now that you are in shape not as daunting.

I just soaked and roasted almonds today which we are going to make into almond butter. I was snacking through out the day on them and I do feel perkier then usual. So, I think you are right!
