That's awesome that you bought goal pants...keep in mind that everyone's body is very different. For example, I am also 5'6" and was a size 8 at 158, everyone carries their weight/muscle differently. Keep up all the hard work and you will look great in your own body, at whatever size! :wink:

One way that works for me is to incorporate a weight vest or weighted gloves into a few workouts each week...it keeps your body guessing! :bigsmile:

I made this last night...used ground turkey instead of beef, and OMG so good. My husband had three helpings (he does not need to lose any weight, very high metab.). He kept asking what I put in it, and that it smelled so good. Maybe that's a hint that I need to cook more often...lol. Thanks for sharing the recipe...cheers…

Thanks for the post..I had that very same experience last week. Scale doesn't seem to want to budge, but inches are coming off! Keep up the great work, it's all worth it...even the times when were down.
