    Not a great achievement but going in the right direction.

    Three Month goal:
    Week 1 (1/7) - 10 stone / 141.5 lbs
    Week 2 (1/14) - 9.12 stone / 138 Ilbs
    Week 3 (1/21) – 9.12 stone / 138 ilbs
    Week 4 (1/28) – 9.11 stone / 137 Ibs
    Week 5 (2/4) - 9.10 stone / 136 Ibs ...

    Good Morning Everyone!! Hope you all had a great week. I'm down 2.6lbs!! Considering the week I had that is awesome. I guess I should have shovelled more of the 2 feet of snow we had to burn up some more calories. No worries though more snow on the way. It is my birthday this weekend so I'll probably eat and drink too much :drinker: but it is only 1 day and I'll have to behave the rest of the week. :flowerforyou:

    Three Month goal: 125-130lbs

    Hey guys,

    1.5lb off for me! I'm so pleased, I am now under 160lbs! Hopefully I can make it under 150lbs by the end of this challenge!

    Well done to everyone! Remember, even if your week hasn't gone as you'd planned, tomorrow is another day...persevere and results will come!

    Three Month Goal: 149lbs (to lose 17lbs) - Reduced it slightly, top of the healthy weight range for height :-)

    Well, turns out this wasn't a to shabby week after all ... lost 2.5 lbs since last Friday ... Woo Hoo!!!

    I'm down 1.2 lbs :) I'm SUPER happy about this loss! I'm finally seeing some weight drop off :) I've noticed a change in the way some of my clothes fit and the way my legs seem to be getting harder...if that makes sense .

    My current weight is 131.8...YIPPEEE!

    The scale moved for me this week...an entire 1.4 lbs....!!!!
    Inches also down, I need to go shopping for new work pants...hahaha, I love it :blushing:

    I'm still chugging along since I broke my ankle. I cut my calorie/carb/fat allowances back to try to balance out the major decrease in activity to accommodate.

    Week 1 (1/7) - 294, starting 1/4

    Week 5 (2/4) – 286.8, total 7.2 lbs lost

    well... 1/2 pound is better than none. But on the brighter side, I need new jeans. The pair I bought at New year's are too big and falling off. A great NSV!

    So I unfortunately gained a little bit of weight this week. But I'm on my period, so I'm thinking it could be because of that? I also was sick this past weekend and wasn't very good at logging my food. I guess this happens and now I'm going to go the gym and try and get myself back on track for next week!

    Hey everyone! I am missing quite a few weights still so I just plugged in the same weight as week 4 for those people so that I could get this out! It looks like we lost over 53 lbs JUST THIS WEEK and we are at 267 pounds TOTAL for our group. THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!

    I just noticed that we have the same starting weight and goal weight! You're a bit ahead of me but I was wondering how tall you are? My friends keep saying 150 is too small for me at 5'9.5" but I was 160 in college and that was okay. I wanted to lose 5 pounds even then.

    I'm 5'9" and am hoping to get down to about 155 lbs. I was about that weight and college and was very long and lean. Sometimes my family would bug me about being too skinny, but I think it's just because I am part Polish and if you don't have a heavy frame then you're looked down upon! haha.
