Sorry I haven't posted about my Dr appt. My daughters Birthday was this weekend so that took up most of my time. He believes that I have patellar Tendionitis. He gave me some exercises to do daily and some Ibprophin. He also believes I may have a little bit of arthiritis behind my kneecaps. I urge you all to go to the dr…

I will let everyone know what the dr says tomorrow. I'm really nervous. The burning started in Jan. off and on. Yesterday they were driving my crazy and today they really don't seem to be burning. On Monday I started Insanity!!! I really do hope to continue doing it.

I finished the Shred last month! When I started I couldn't even do a regular push-up. When I finished I could do a little more than 20! I'm very happy with my results for my strength!

I am pretty suprised at my results as in strength wise. I couldn't do a regular pushups. Now I can do around 20. It's pretty amazing!!I think I'm going to Do the no more trouble zone for a while then go to the bansih fat and trade off on the trouble zones with the 30 day shred.

We are baving baked tilapia with lots of cooked veggies and some brown rice! Yummy!!! I love the days that we have fish!!

I use a heart rate moniter. It says that I burned almost 400 calories.

I started on the the 30 day on the the 14th. I didn't know if I was going to make it through day one, but now that I'm on day 7 (because I rest on Sunday) I can tell I have much better endurance! I can even tell that my biceps are getting bigger also! I'm so excited to do this workout!
