  • It's from 3-4 years ago. I don't have those shoes anymore, but I believe that I do still have the tights. ;)
  • I'm 2 dress sizes and several inches down, but still feel exactly the same as I did when I started and look the same in the mirror and progress pictures when I look at them. I honestly can't see the difference at all even after most of a year, but it is definitely there.

  • I'll join - 5'5 and as of this morning I weigh 175lb. I have consistently been losing 1-2lb a week, so think 165lb is a nice safe goal. Preferably closer to 160lb.
  • Often a can of tuna or a tuna steak mashed up with something, usually hummus, sliced onion, and hot sauce. Sometimes with scrambled eggs.

  • I'm so glad you feel better today. :) I find my reaction to stress varies - some times I will comfort eat, another time I will have zero appetite and really struggle. Currently I am under a lot of a stress (terminally ill family member, leaving work, finances, the list goes on) and find that I am yoyoing back and forth…
  • Yes, as said above. Contraceptives don't make you gain weight, that's just a fact, but they can increase your appetite or tendency to overeat in various ways - if you aren't being entirely consistent in your logging it would be very easy for that to add up.
  • While out, but wearing clothes. I'm still at that stage where I still see myself 30lb heavier in the mirror, though - with clothes on I feel I look slimmer, but without I just see my mummy tummy.

  • So glad I'm not the only underwear related NSV. :D Mine nearly fell down the other day - definitely time to buy some new ones!
  • 24 hours, plenty of machines, usually quiet when I want to use it. Staff and gym goers alike generally leave you alone. It's super cheap. Five minute walk from my house. What's not to like
  • I'm intermittent fasting daily - my fasts range from 16 hours to 24+ hours, as I have a changing schedule. I've been fasting since May and absolutely love it, it has been a total revelation. I don't worry about carbs though, and only occasionally have bulletproof coffee. I'm currently injured from a nasty fall so limited…
  • I have a vague weight target in my head, which puts me at the top of a normal BMI/bottom of overweight. I was in that general area for a long time and that, to me, was ideal. Mostly though my target is just the next 10lb loss - when I get there I think, how do I feel about my body right now? How do my clothes fit? How do I…
  • 26 here, rapidly approaching 27 - people are welcome to add me, I love having active friends! I started at 202lb and am now 176lb, with an eye to lose another 20lb or so. I recalculate my goal every 10lb loss though to see how satisfied I am with the results, so that may well change.
  • Black coffee. B)
  • I weigh daily, but log once a week unless it has stayed the same. I used to just weigh weekly and log that, so have continued with the same day for updating MFP.
  • Fibre - I changed my diet to incorporate more fat and protein, but as a result now struggle to eat as many vegetables as I used to. I don't often eat fruit at all now and it used to make up at least 60% of my diet. I make a point of incorporating fibre rich foods, but still rarely hit my MFP target. That said though, it…

  • I have a colleague who used to have them with butter and jam as a kid - I was a little weirded out the first time they mentioned it, to be honest! Now I'm intrigued. :D
  • It has to be hot water or milk for me, I like them warm. Warm with a little sugar or strawberry jam (jelly?). I also like them crumbled up and sprinkled over yogurt.
  • It's not uncommon for people to stay on the same week for a while, or even go back a couple, until they feel comfortable with progressing. Just go for it, give it a try, and there's no shame in needing to take a bit more time. :)
  • I found it didn't want to set up. I just unsynced and synced it back on a couple of times, eventually it connected and I've had no issues since. :)
  • Typically 6-7 hours, any more and I feel groggy. I also wake a lot in the night though. That said, I'm sleeping a lot more right now (more like 8-10 hours) - it's been a stressful few months, which has left me pretty much constantly tired!
  • With peanut butter and a little vanilla or chocolate protein powder. Maple syrup is nice too. Nutella. Growing up I loved it with strawberry jam (jelly for the US I think?) stirred through, or steamed fruit.
  • My 4 year old regularly joins me in exercising - I think it's a very healthy thing to teach children. :) If you have grown up with exercising being the norm, then it's hopefully something that you will keep up into later life.
