    Successes/struggles this week: Tough week this week. I had some backsliding with my nutrition and I stepped up my training for the 10k I'm running in October. Some of that is probably water weight, but, all-in-all, I still hit my goal. I'm going to try and kick a little butt in September.

    Struggles: I ended the month with a weight gain this week, but I'm pretty sure I know where I went wrong. Getting sick, and not eating anything for three days really put my eating habits to the test. Although I gained, I'm still happy that I got to my goal for the month. :) I look forward to the next challenge!!

    Successes/struggles this week: I have continued to walk everyday. And I've been using my elliptical very often, with the goal of hitting 15000+ steps every day on my Fitbit. I'm also continuing to do the HIIT kettlebell video at least 3 times per week. Struggling to check in regularly. This week has been tough because my mother-in-law is visiting & she likes to eat out. I've made healthy choices overall & kept portion sizes reasonable & logged everything. And she leaves tomorrow! :-)

    Successes/struggles this week: So close to my usual goal of -2.5! I set my goal at -1.5 for this month, so I can't really complain, but I'm still a bit surprised I did so well.

    I've been feeling a bit unmotivated for the past week or so. I think around Sunday, I started really getting back into the swing of things, but it's been difficult since I got back from vacation. Hopefully, I can continue to be as consistent as I have been the past few days.

    I'm starting to be able to wear clothes that I haven't in quite some time. Also, I had a run on this site where I was pretty successful. The lowest my weight got was 78.9 kg. I'm now almost 1 kg lighter than that and I've lost almost twice the weight. (I gained more than my original weight after I quit.) I'm hoping things continue to go well for me.

    In my previous run, this was about the point where I quit. So I'm kinda wary right around now. I'm hoping I don't end up slacking off or quitting. That's why last week was so frustrating for me. But I think I'm getting back on track, now, and hopefully, I can continue with success.

    Over all, I'd consider this a successful month for myself :)

    I'm not sure how it happened, but I lost 1.6 pounds in less than a day. I'm guessing all the sodium from the last few days was making my body hold water? Anyways, still lost more this month than I anticipated. Huge win this month. This is my first challenge, but it definitely won't be my last!

    successes/struggles this week: Most days I couldn't resist a bedtime snack and didn't log it accurately. Also, my period is coming up so I am sluggish, in pain, and more hungry than usual. Hopefully, I'll keep my 1+ lb per week loss rolling into September and further. Overall, I am content with the result, as per my stats I can't safely lose more than 1.5 lbs weekly anyway. I strive for 1200 cal but can eat up to 1500 before I start gaining. It's a narrow margin, so I need to be more careful in logging.

    I loved this month and this challenge! I didn't reached my target, but I didn't gain ,I was motivated to get back on track with my exercise routine and I went out with friends I didn't reached for that yummy pastry!

    Successes/struggles this week:
    Week 1: Very pleased this week. Blew through my original goal of 217 lbs and adjusted downward to 210 lbs. Long walks, 7-8 miles a day, coupled with a calorie deficit each day did the trick. I don't expect this every week though. Plan to celebrate with a glass of wine tonight!

    Week 2: Not as good as last week but moving in the right direction. Out of town company for a couple of days had an impact for sure. Still walking every day so that helps. Another glass of wine tonight!

    Week 3: Pleased with myself again this week with a 4+ lbs weight loss. A pound of that was a blood donation today. Feel like that is kinda cheating but I will take it anyway. I will probably get it back by next weeks weigh in. Continuing to eat at a calorie deficit and walk daily for exercise. Definitely a glass of wine tonight!

    Week 4: Still moving in the right direction. Expected a slow down so not disappointed.

    Final: Good month. Starting to slow down some now. On to next month.
