    Successes/struggles this week: I'm keeping up with Zumba 20-Minute Express and I've gone from huffing and puffing throughout the entire 20 minutes to being able to breathe normally. Seeing this kind of progress motivates me to continue on, even on the days I don't really want to but do it anyway.

    Thank you for posting this challenge. I feel a lot more accountable when I know I have to log in each week and post!

    Success: Lost my weekly weight goal, that's about it.
    Struggle: I AM SO SAD. On my last C25K run of the week (W7D3), I was doing so well and I freaking injured myself. Bad. Rolled right over my ankle, so much that I folded right onto myself and crumpled to the ground like a rag doll.

    Long story short, Grade 3 sprain, off the foot for 1 week, no running for 6. Ugh.

    Got my fitbit charged again so I have been using that to make sure I met my goals. Also started and stuck to my LCHF diet all week.

    Successes/struggles this week: I think the struggle is obvious here...I have no idea what has happened. I have been so good, even lowered my calories because I was having more trouble losing, and I gain 2.4 pounds in a week, on top of a small gain last week. About to throw in the towel here because I am eating so much less than I was 2 months ago and the scale isn't moving-or its moving in the wrong direction. I've tightened up my logging so much the past few weeks especially, and it seems to be having the opposite of the desired effect.

    This week struggles: eating at night. Oh my, I will have a perfect day, good workout, 20,000+ step and good portion control during the day, then I get back home at midnight from work and see myself eating the worst thing anyone can think of. Unfortunately my husband works at night so I have no one to tell me to stop. Ughhh. I hope it gets better. Thankfully my husband resumes day shift on Monday which will help a lot. I guess I didn't gain this week because of my very active life and the gym. I wish my diet can be 1/10th as good

    Successes/struggles this week: This was a difficult week for eating. At the beginning of the week, we unexpectedly lost a pet. I really tried hard to watch the emotional eating and am proud that, even though I had some bumps, I didn't completely derail in my eating. This week, I completed my first 8k race.

    Successes this week: I actually saw 128.8 on the scale this morning!!! I'm sticking with yesterday's weight because I think this morning's was artificially low. I had a couple gin & tonics last night so was dehydrated but so exciting to see a number in my maintenance zone. I started a new job on Monday and rode my bike every day plus went to the gym and lifted weights despite being tired out from all the new.

    Challenges this week: My new office is downtown so I am now surrounded by temptation (my previous work had no food options within a 10min walk radius). Also it is a shorter ride to work so I'm not getting quite as much exercise as I was.

    Great job everyone, so inspired by all the success posted so far- you guys rock!!! Thanks for inspiring me!

    Hey Alyssa- don't give up! I've been on here for three years, and this has happened to me before. I suggest you try exercising more and just be patient. Sometimes it takes a while for the scale to catch up (I know that sounds weird, but I really believe it now). You've got this!
