prior to zumba i weighed in at 208.8 and after hard work i am now down to 160!! I became a zumba instructor just last week and taught my first class tonight!!! give it a try!!

The 30 day shred is supposed to be completed for the whole 30 days, everyday. Level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. I do not do them everyday. I did do it for 14 days in a row and then had to take a break because of an injury. I try to do it as often as i can, but i am sure i would see more…

i love zumba!! in a 3 month span i lost 38 pounds. i did zumba 3x a week, watched calories, and did other workouts. I only go about once every two weeks because of schedule, but its super fun!!!

good to have you on this site!!! My husband was diagnosed with diabetes just 2 years ago, we found out the hard way. He was in DKA phase and it was SOOOO scary!!!! I would love to support you on here!! Together we can reach our goals!!

OK!!! yesterday i failed and had a mini snickers!! Today i will NOT do that....ok its easy now because i am not at home staring at the HUGE jar of candy from Easter.....I WILL NOT GIVE IN, I WILL NOT GIVE IN!!!!!:sad:

Those are the hard time for me also, night!! I do great during the day and then get home and want to eat everything. Even doing a 20 minute workout in the evening is great!! Try that!!

When Jillian was younger she was very overweight and started to workout an watch what she ate....watched a documentary kinda thing...her voice annoys me and it annoys me when doing jumping jacks she just flops her arms down...but shes been there and knows how it feels. Just mute her voice, as i do!! LOL

We can do...... drink 8-8oz glasses of water burn 400+ calories a day No pop or junk food for the rest of the week do situps, pushups, leg lifts ( pick a certain amount) Just some ideas. But in order to lose 2 pounds, we need to kick our butts this week!!!

i wear a heart rate monitor, but recently hasnt been working. I found that my burned calories are closer to the ones of dance with 6-8' steps!!
