    Weigh in is going to be be nerve wrecking!! I have been working so hard!! I finally got a chance to talk to someone about why i am not losing weight. Ive pleatued and a way to get out of it is to incorporate more weights into workouts and make sure me net calories are atleast 1200!!! I barely hit a couple hundred. I was unaware that my net calories were supposed to be that high. Today is day one and boy was it hard. i felt like all i did was eat today!!!

    I think i have finally realized that everything that i do each and everyday is to better myself. I work hard and i shouldnt be disappointed if i dont lose weight right away....hell ive lost around 41 pounds!! Thats something i am and should be super proud of. only 19 more pounds until i reach my goal and after that maybe 10 more pounds!! I can do this!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

    Hi everyone, I think it's a great idea to extend this challenge. This is my first challenge on MFP, and am soooo very happy to part of this great group of people. It gives me motivation and I think I work harder at it because I don't want to let the group or myself down. This week I only had a 1.5 weight loss, but it was a loss and I am very happy about it. I think I would like to try Zig-Zagging..If I can figure out the amounts I am suppose to eat daily.
    I hope everyone did well, and that you are happy with yourself even if you didn't have a loss. Next time you will have a big one..

    OMG! I burned 1417 calories today! I am exhausted! But it is a good exhaustion, I know I will sleep good tonight! If I keep up this rate of weight loss I will hit my 20 lb goal by my 30th bday! So excited for that!

    I painted my toe nails this week, I have not done that in years! hoping for an awesome lose this week seeing as I only lost .2 of a pound.

    Ok, I do know what I would like to do for a challenge, I am doing this because I have been down on myself this last couple of weeks. SO I challenge everyone to list 3 things they love about their bodies! I will start

    1. My eyes, they are big blue and change colors with my emotions...I love them
    2, My calves, they are sleek and toned, and strong.
    3. My Boobs, that's right after years of hating their large size I now love them, I think they are sexy and and give me nice curves


    Great job to everyone...good luck this week!

    And that is why I picked it, we all need to realize that we are beautiful outside no matter our weight. I am working on this, i want others to as well!
