My main goal for this week is to weigh and measure everything that I eat. I have been "eye balling" portion size for a while, and its not working. I am also going to keep to 1200 net calories a day. I also plan on working out for an hour a day all week.
What are your plans for this challenge?0 -
I will work out 2 hours a day, and my Goal is to burn at LEAST 500 calories a day. Plus, I am really going to focus on getting in more Water and Vegetables.

My goal for the week is to exercise every day. I have some really busy days at work this week as well. but I am going to exercise every day! I am also thinking about putting a sticky note up in the bathroom to remind me. lol Yesterday I made it 18 minutes on the treadmill! I did walking fast about 2.6 then I did a jog at 4.0 for a minute then walked/jog/walk/jog... ect. I jogged 3 times for a total of 3.5 minutes. I haven't ran in years! It actually felt good to do a bit of running!0 -

I was a saint on easter but had half a chocolate bar yesterday. doh! (It was purely emotional eating)
