oooh I didn't even think of a challenge for the first week... any ideas?!?!
just to clarify- send in your weight tomorrow (unless you've already given it to me). This will be your starting weight. Then, the first official weigh in is Friday May 6 & every Friday after that. I understand that somepeople have weigh in's on different days- just make sure you send me your first weight tomorrow & the 2nd weigh in by May 9th at the very latest. I will post the results for the week May 9th (and every following Monday after that).0 -
The first challenge could be to log so many workout minutes from Friday to Friday!0

We can do......
drink 8-8oz glasses of water
burn 400+ calories a day
No pop or junk food for the rest of the week
do situps, pushups, leg lifts ( pick a certain amount)
Just some ideas. But in order to lose 2 pounds, we need to kick our butts this week!!!0 -

Are you closed? I really could use the motivation. I've been a member for about a year, but have never posted or looked at the forums. I've gained 10lbs since Jan! I yo-yo a lot and I'm sick about it. I started back with my trainer yesterday and took a workout class today. I definitely can send my weight in tomorrow morning.

I am in on this, we go to Florida June 7th and I would LOVE to be down another 15 lbs. maybe at that weight I wont feel so huge plus I can wear last summers cloths and not have to buy a new ones.

I also love the no soda or junk food challenge... maybe make it more specific to candy because Easter just passed... so this weeks challange is NO SODA (not even diet) OR CANDY!!! If you don't make the challange let everyone know so we're staying accountable0 -
