I'm starting W3D1 today, and I'm a little nervous about the 3 minutes of running. It will also be my first time outdoors instead of on the treadmill.

I started at 271 in size 20 jeans that were very tight. 38 pounds down, and I'm still wearing the same jeans, but they are noticeably looser. I've also been able to put on a couple pairs of jeans that I hadn't been able to squeeze into before. Keep up the good work and just be patient. It will happen!

I have two tongue piercings, and my ears are stretched to 1/2". I just took out my septum piercing a couple weeks ago after being sick for a week and getting irritated with it getting in the way of blowing my nose..lol. I've also had my eyebrow and vertical labret done in the past.

I have been doing this for several weeks not and always at least log my breakfast and lunch for the next day. If I'm having leftovers for dinner or something that I've had in the past, I'll go ahead and log that as well. If it's a new recipe, it waits until the day of so that I can input everything into the recipe builder…

That's great! I had a similar experience at work on Monday with the presence ice cream and loads of fattening toppings, but I treated myself to a small serving of ice cream with fresh fruit and didn't feel deprived at all. It's a good feeling to have that control! Way to go!
