22 lbs is a very significant weight loss in 30 days. Is that why your husband is not in favor of your weight loss? Does he think you are being too restrictive?

There is a clear psyllium product out there that you absolutely will not taste or see when you add it to liquid. Try that?

Yes I will definitely log for life. In my 45+ years of dieting I have found that the only way I could lose weight or maintain a weight loss is by writing down everything I eat. Smart phone apps make that so easy now so why not?

1200 calories a day works great for me when I need to lose a few pounds. I am a short, 61 year old woman. For you to say that it's not enough for anyone is as wrong as saying that it's right for everyone

You nailed it. I liked your post.

Cat food only diet. How much of THAT do you think you could eat a day?

I thought you needed a cheap gift for the king or queen:happy:

So you are losing weight on your program but are discouraged and thinking of giving up based on what a preset program that knows nothing about you personally says??? You need to go to your Doctor. Have a physical. Have blood work done. Ask your doctor what your ideal weight should be and how many calories you should eat…

I am curious as to whether or not anyone anywhere has ever lost weight on diet pills and actually kept it off once they got off the pills. I fiddled around with them thinking they were magic for about 10 years and ended up actually gaining about 30 lbs over that decade as I would balloon way past where I started when I got…

I really like that you are making your weight loss journey about YOU and not about HIM. I can be snarkey and if my hubby had said that to me when I was 70 lbs heavier I would have told him I'm not attracted to HIM at any weight. Life is too short to be ridiculed and humiliated by someone who is suppose to be your support…

AND A GOOD ONE!!!

I went out to eat almost every day while losing 70 lbs and staying faithful to the Medifast program. I always found some lean meat, steamed veggies, salad with oil and vinegar. Just tell them to keep off the butter and oils. No reason this can't be done if you just use your own good common sense when ordering. Don't have…

I have seen many people do absolutely fantastic on the 4 & 2. It's a great option if 5&1 is just too extreme. I lost 70 lbs on medifast in 2010-2011 and went 4 & 2 a few times with no negative results. I am back on the program now to take off the 7 lbs gained over the holidays and will most likely do it 4 & 2.

sherryk Nice person with a good heart. I give her a 9:happy:

Welcome! I am new to this board as well, but not to Medifast. I lost 70 lbs over a 7 month period a few years ago and have kept it off since. Medifast is a wonderful program and I am sure you will reach you goals!!

You frame it and forget it and get right back on track!! That's all you can do. Have you ever tried eating 5 or 6 small meals a day spread out at about 3 hr intervals? That's what worked for me to end the cycle or binge and purge

MEDIFAST! I lost 70 lbs in a little over 7 months on Medifast in 2010 and have had no problems keeping it off since then. It absolutely saved my life!

I lost 70 lbs on medifast without going to a center or having a health coach. Not that I think there is anything wrong with either option. Medifast saved my life!
