  • That's what I'm hoping :O) I'm sort at 5ft 3 and have short legs, just means that I still didn't feel great after doing well last time, but I guess I just have to keep my confidence up and think of the health not the look :O) Thank you for sharing.

  • This has worked great for me, I find it really hard to keep track of all the various needs ie Fat and Protein, but today have got it bang on and feel so full.

  • Ok, so day one down :D I felt full all day and my energy level was up, I think I managed to get a pretty good days food in also. I managed a walk with the dogs and while meal two was cooking managed to do 20 mins cross trainer. Mon is my weigh day so I can see if there is any change, I'm not expecting any till next week…
  • Yes and bugger I normally add Honey as it's pretty strong :/ just a tea spoon. is it a good idea to drink as much water as possible?? I think I'm going to take a pic tonight and then take one each week and track my progress, thanks for sharing this and thanks for the help.

  • what would be a good example of a meal at these times? do you only eat once at 1pm and then once at 9pm each day? like you said you could change the time to suit. Can this work for girls?? how long do you do this for?? sorry so many questions.

  • Thanks all :O) I feel ok about it, from a health point of view if I had eaten the bread and rice my tummy would have bloated and I would be in pain right now instead I came home had a tasty healthy dinner and bashed out 20 mins on the cross trainer :O) Just wanted to see if anyone would say oh dear you really messed up lol.

  • Ive attended boot camps and other training when I have been at my biggest, I find you are best to give it a go, if you fall flat you do but I always find the support and encouragement just helps me carry on, the next wee you can do a bit more and you feel great, or I did :O) it will take time, three weeks of hell lol then…

  • Hi, Im a big foodie and normally eat a lot more, since starting bac on the healthy eating I have just not felt hungry, I find it hard to fit the food in, maybe a MP shake after Brekki and one at 4pm? cant have tham to late as they keep me awake lol.

  • Brilliant, I know I suffer with anaemia a lot of the time and I def have bouts of extreme fatigue, these are the times I carb crave and the whole healthy living goes to pot!! I feel annoyed by this as if I'm eating well and looking after myself I feel I should not get these bouts!! it's around the time of my cycle excuse…
  • I put on at least 6 pounds, it's so upsetting, I thought it was just me!! and yes clothes do not fit and this normally goes on for about two weeks, so pleased someone asked this!!!!!
