I'm keto, it's been a life line for me

I am keto carb and intermittent fasting. I have lost 60 lbs so far and need to lose at least that much more. My hubby has been able to drop all blood pressure pills and all diabetes (8) pills as a result. I am committed as there is less inflammation for me and less pills for hubby.

I tried the spaghetti squash chow mien and its good - if you add lots of flavors like the ginger, soya sauce, garlic etc...I even added sesame oil and hot sauce....used cabbage, mushrooms , cauliflower, broccoli, onion.. first cook squash in oven , then do the rest

are you on any medications? I feel the only time I lose is I have a high fibre diet....because of my FIT class ( physio) I believe I need 30 grams of fiber a day. I am just at the beginning of this though so Im sure I will hit a wall soon. Keep it up though, I believe that our bodies try to trick us into giving up...for me…

Two things that are easier to do while very heavy are walking in the pool (if you have that kind of pool nearby) and working out on machines. the machines work because you can bypass any that would put stress on weak areas (for instance if you have a bad knee) The pool works very well because the water bouys you up and so…
