  • My fav pumpkin is so easy. Trader joes makes a pumpkin bread mix that I make muffins with and add white chocolate chips to. They're the best! IDK if they're healthy, etc. but delicious definitely!

  • my family is big on smoothies in hot weather. Any kind of frozen berry with apple juice (I use the half sugar juice for calories) blended makes a perfect smoothie and they are so cold it takes me a while to eat them! You could add yogurt or protein powder if you wanted
  • I typically don't crave junk except during PMS. Tonight I had frozen yogurt with candy, a grilled cheese sandwich and tater tots. I feel disgusting but can't help thinking what I would eat if I wasn't full already. I will likely just go to bed to avoid food. I now have a food baby in my belly and it is disgusting.

  • I feel your pain. I miss OJ too. My family gets to drink it and no one has noticed my jealousy yet but with one less person drinking it I am spending less at the store. The nutritionist at the grocery store said to eat oranges which have less sugar and all the fiber. I guess you could squeeze ur own.
