  • When I reach my goal weight I will treat myself to a Victoria's Secret bikini and work hard on maintaining my weight.   • Day 3 of level 2 - I am still enjoying the workout....getting this far is already an achievement for me! I have noticed my tummy is slightly more toned but in terms of inches I am still the same.

  • I completed level ten of day one and it feels great to get this far! I was very scared about level 2 and I just did day one of level two straight afterwards. Not sure what to think, I somehow expected it to be much harder...but it sure helped to have done level one before. I am going to do level 2 day one tomorrow again…

  • Yippee - finished day 5! 25 to go :) My calves were less sore today but I pushed myself harder today so I may wake up feeling worse off tomorrow.

  • Just finished day 3 - 27 days to go! I am still feeling very sore in my calves but not giving in.....it was slightly easier today than day one. I also did half hour of walking to ease the stifness in my muscles. Enjoying the challenge :)
