  • Add things like fish or chicken, even low fat beef for protein. Nuts like almonds are also good. You need to open your diary because it is the best way to get the help you need. Go to settings to open diary.
  • I have hit those points several times. I find if I change my workout to something different like swimming instead of riding my bike it gets me back to loosing. Our bodies start to fight us and we have to fight back . Good Luck !

  • Echo's ! Go to a good store and get fitted. I like a store called "The Walking Store" but I live in Arizona. I have had several pairs and they last a long time. Once I had a pair that the sides started to come apart and I called Echo direct and they sent me a new pair, no problem and they were about 6 mts old.

  • If I am correct you were 284 lbs at 21 stones so you are way way to low in calories. I am 12 and 4/7 stones I think and I eat 1230 calories. I am not sure the difference between clean and regular calories is but is seems way to low to me.
