Try taking a 500mg to 1000 mg cinnamon capsule with your lunch. It works wonders.

I totally agree. Now I log everything I put in my mouth. And I dont estimate. I look up every food, condiment and drink. It has helped me alot and today the scales actually moved down. Its all about calories in (and what kind) and calories out. HAGD

you can buy them at walmart etc.

I buy them at Publix grocery store but I'm sure you could buy them at any health food store. Just google it. The brand i use is sundown.

This is what i do. if i have exercised and had a good day with my food, I eat Weight Watchers Chocolate Eclairs. But I eat all three lol (420 calories) because I have already burned them with exercise. Keep up the good work and have a good day.

Go to your food diary. At the bottom of the day it will show you if you have gone over on any of the food catagories. Hope this helps. HAGD

Traz have you been to the doctor lately. If you are doing all of that and not losing maybe you have a thyroid problem. With medication you may lose without even trying. God Bless You

Great Idea DewDrop. Its 10:59 pm. I just ate a cup of strawberries. Is that ok at night? It is better than what I was doing. LOL It used to be crackers, cinnamon toast with butter.

Wow thanks a lot everyone. I'm glad to see that people do use this post and I am not alone. It seems drinking water or tea is the answer. I am going to try that and I will keep track on my water here on my iphone. then i have to be accountable to myself.
