I don't know anything about Wonton soup, but I would feel comfortable with using the calories listed on the website. It sounds like you adjusted it for the amount you ate. You are not blacklisted....just may not be as many people on here right now! :wink: Have a blessed day!!

I too had success with South Beach in the past. I lost over 30 pounds with it and then became pregnant. The down side for me was the first week.....very hard to cut all carbs......I had a MAJOR headache from withdraw. However, that showed me how much I was addicted to the carbs! Do you have a microwave accessible? The Weight Watchers' meals are great! I LOVE the Broccoli Cheddar Potatoes and the Three Cheese Ziti Marinara........my 5 year old often "steals" them from me! If she will eat it, you know it tastes good!! ; )

Thanks for posting this!! It does give perspective! I have been trying so hard to stay under the calorie goals because I don't want to gain! It make sense though that there is a "window" for weight loss! Thanks for the reminder!!

It sounds extreme to me, BUT why not try it for awhile and see if you get the results! Personally, I could not make that big of a change and expect it to stick. I would have to change one or two things at a time. Best wishes to you in whatever you decide!!

As long as you are moving, who cares what you are wearing! I play Wii for my exercise and rarely change clothes just to do that. :wink:

Hi!! I LOVE Just Dance 2!! If you are using the "Sweat Mode" take the number of "sweat points" and divide it by 4.2 That is supposedly the way to figure out how many calories you have burned.

I am at about the same place you are also! It is nice to know that I am not alone in this journey. I want to lose about 85 pounds....gonna have to break that up to not get discouraged! I have only been on this site for 2 days....not sure how to do everything yet! We can learn together!!

I agree with you!! I, too, tend to put others first......which is great in a lot of ways. But we have to make time for taking care of ourselves too!! Best of luck to you!!
