December 21st, 2010 I started on MFP weighing 260. Today I weigh 234. I know it's not a big difference, but it is a difference. Pictures below.

    First of all, 26 pounds is a HUGE accomplishment!! I've lost 11 and I can already feel it in my energy level and see it in my clothes. Secondly, I absolutely can see it in your photos, especially in your face. You look great! Awesome progress.

    the html codes don't work you have to use these bracekts [ ] with "img" inside them and /img after the link.

    I did copy and past the link to see them. Great job you can really see a difference.
