Hi anylynn0928. I'm 46 and am hoping to make this my fittest year! Feel free to add me and I'd be happy to offer you encouragement!

I would love to help keep you motivated. You should be proud that you've done a half-marathon. I've been saying I want to do one, for years and have yet to. Perhaps we can inspire each other?

Hi CreatamaeMustL - I know an amazing trainer, who could train you out of his home. He can work with you on your fitness goals, nutrition, etc. and I'm sure on fees, as he really does love helping people with fitness. He's located in Central Phoenix, His name is Frederick. Private message me and I'll give you his number.…

First, you look fantastic!! Second, your family is the one that has the issues. Despite their level of education, their comments were ignorant and mean. Really, only you know the dynamics of your family, but they appear to be over-critical, for NO good reason. Reflect on the dynamics of your family, recognize that their…

Hi AzMeli. I work in Central Phoenix (24th St. & Camelback). I rotate between three of the LA Fitness gyms: 20th St. & Camelback, 7th Ave. & Camelback and 24th St. & Baseline. I'm into spinning classes right now, as it's goo warm to run outdoors now. If you're ever interested in joining me for a spinning class or lifting…

GREAT job! You earned it!

Songbird - You look FANTASTIC! Great job!!!!!!

Easy answer...get a new trainer. Not because she works you out to the point that you're hurting, but because she clearly is not a positive influence, which will only keep you from reaching your goal. Good luck!

Died laughing at your last comment. And...now I think I'll go "Google" it. LOL!
-
FINALLY, someone gets my insane workout.
-
OMG! This is absolutely hilarious!!!! I can't stop laughing. However, I'm the most un-coordinated person I know and, although this interval workout seems intimidating--I promise you guys, it's not that bad. Now I'm going to go watch this video again! LMAO!!!!!

I do it at the gym. And surprisingly, I don't recall getting any strange looks. That could be because I'm super focused on the workout and couldn't care less what they think of this crazy broad. LOL!
-
Hilarious! It's not as difficult as it sounds. And you'll definitely feel the burn in your calves. Basketball and soccer players run backwards as part of their workout routines. People may look at you strangely in the gym, but will probably be pretty darn impressed. Ha!

Ha ha! When I say "new" music, it's actually "old" tunes I've purchased because I love it so much. What sucks is it's now $1.29 per song and in order to get the music I wanted/needed (lol) I dropped over $50 on Itunes. Guess it was worth it though, since the new tunes have motivated me.

Glad to see I'm not the only that ties their workouts to music. And KUDOS to those of you that can work out without music! My brain & body need it to push through a workout and/or run. LOL.
-
Sounds like we have the same playlist...
-
Glad to hear there are others out there that have done this. I thought I was the only crazy one. LMAO!

Oh, don't get me wrong-I love Pandora, but the small shuffle Ipods don't have Pandora on them. And I can't workout with my larger Itouch or Phone. They're too bulky. I wish the smaller shuffles came with Pandora...

Seriously?! I'd ask for my money back, based on those rules. Ha!
-
HILARIOUS! I've done that as well. So, no...not extreme to me.
-
Try using Splenda. That's what I used and there's no after taste. ;-) If you use sugar, they'll no longer be 95 calories. ;-(
-
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I made these and they are absolutely DELICIOUS! Super easy to make too.
-
Invest in a jump rope! One of the fastest and high burning calorie exercises you can do!
-
Bump for later
-
Hot damn! Now this is the excuse I've been looking for to eat ice cream! Butter pecan...beware! I'm going to devour it tonight!, Lol.
-
Whatever you do...don't get discouraged. Just keep at it. One week you may loose a lot, another week nothing. But...if you just stick to it, you will see your body transform. I'll send you a friend request and we can encourage each other.

Yeah, I wouldn't suggest getting rid of your scale. LOL. I would just encourage you to not fret over the number so much, considering our weight fluctuates daily. And if you're eating well, working out, your clothes fit better and your body looks better then don't concern yourself with a number on a scale, per se. ;-) Good…

The best "belly blasting" exercises, are sprinting and/or sprinting bleachers or hills, in increments. I PROMISE this will work. I've been doing this for the past 4 weeks and CAN NOT believe how flat my tummy is, along with my hips and butt. I carry a lot of weight on my butt, but I'm going to just keep at it until it…

TOTALLY agree with this comment. LOL.
